This 5-day class combines a review of traditional Six Sigma tools with instruction on advanced methods including destructive measurement system analysis, non-normality, non-parametric testing, DOE for attribute data, DOE for sigma reduction and others.

BMG University's hands-on approach features simulations, class exercises and participatory lectures. You'll leave with a comprehensive understanding of advanced Six Sigma tools and the ability to apply your new knowledge immediately.

This course qualifies as a Master Black Belt Development program elective.
