BMGI's robust program of advanced lean six sigma education lets you choose from over 10 electives for your four class requirements. The program provides you with a Master Instructor to guide you to certification through project work, exams, and paper submission. It's everything you need to succeed. Flexible and self-paced, BMGI's MBB program helps you learn, study and complete projects in a timeframe that fits your schedule. Support is available if you still have work to do to meet the project requirements. BMGI's program includes:

A Master instructor is assigned to coach you through the certification process, including selection of your courses, if you like.

You will also be given access to BMGI's online support portal for access to downloadable project templates and tools, interactive lectures to advance your knowledge, and quizzes to test yourself.

At any time during the program, you may submit your projects for review, and begin completion of the other certification requirements.

Master Black Belt Course Electives
BMGI's courses are designed to build a mix of both hard and soft skills, and are offered multiple times throughout the year. As an MBB candidate you choose four electives from the options below to satisfy your Master Black Belt course requirement OR you may substitute up to five days worth of tools based courses for one advanced course.

• Lean for Manufacturing (not recommended for those with Lean experience)
• Lean for Healthcare
• Transactional Lean (not recommended for those with Lean experience)

Certification Requirements:
You will be eligible for Master Black Belt certification after completing the activities below:

• Complete a minimum of 20-days of advanced coursework.
• Complete three Black Belt or MBB-level Six Sigma projects.
• Submit a paper to a periodical or deliver it publicly.
• Achieve a 90% or higher exam grade on BMGI's Black Belt Exams.
• Nomination by a team representing BMGI and your organization.
