How BMG's MBB Program Works
As an MBB student, you will begin your journey by selecting four 1-week
elective courses (listed below). These electives are offered several times a
year at BMG's training locations around the globe.
A Master instructor is then assigned to coach you through the certification
process. This person will be wholly dedicated to your success, mentoring you
toward graduation with all the necessary skills to perform the four MBB roles:
Teacher, Coach, Project Leader and Champion.
You will also be given access to BMG University's 24-hour online support
portal for live MBB project guidance, access to downloadable project templates
and tools, interactive lectures and quizzes to test your knowledge.
At any time during the program, you may submit your Six Sigma projects for
review, and begin completion of the other certification requirements.
Master Black Belt Course Electives
As a MBB candidate you choose four electives from the options below to satisfy
your Master Black Belt course requirement:
Certification Requirements
You will be eligible for Master Black Belt certification after completing
the activities below:

Attend four advanced elective classes.

Complete three Black Belt or MBB-level Six Sigma projects.

Submit a paper to a periodical or deliver it publicly.

Achieve a 90% or higher exam grade on BMG's Black Belt Exams.

Co-teach (4 to 20 hours, experience dependent).

Nomination by a team representing BMG and your organization.
