Streamlined Black Belt Training for Green Belt Practitioners
If you're a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt looking to increase your process improvement knowledge and leadership expertise, BMG's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt upgrade program is for you.
During this course, you will learn how to apply the advanced Lean Six Sigma tools that make it possible for Black Belts to solve the most difficult business issues - tools such as measurement system analysis, hypothesis testing, regression and correlation, Design of Experiments (DOE), control charts and others.
BMG's upgrade path allows you to leverage your Green Belt training to shorten your Black Belt class time (three weeks of Black Belt training instead of the typical five weeks). In addition, you will have the opportunity to complete a Lean Six Sigma project with coaching from a BMG Master Black Belt. In order to become BMG-certified as a Black Belt, you will also have to earn a passing grade on four Black Belt exams.

- 1-year access to BMGU's online support portal (The Wizard) to access project templates and tools, view interactive lectures and take quizzes to test your knowledge.
- 1-year access to live Master Black Belt project support.
- Minitab single-user software license.
- Certification exams.
- BMG is authorized by IACET to offer 10 CEUs for previous BMG-certified Green Belts and 18 CEUs for students without previous BMG Green Belt certification.
Certification
Students achieve certification after completing a Lean Six Sigma project and passing BMG's Black Belt exams. This course is IACET certified. Previous BMG-certified Green Belts earn 10 CEUs; students without prior BMG certification qualify for 18 CEUs.
Who Should Attend
Lean Six Sigma Green Belts who want to become Black Belts. This course requires previous Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, or Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean training. No prior certification is required.
