A simulated SCORE event that transforms Lean knowledge into skill.
BMGI's How to Run a Kaizen Event offers an environment designed to help you transform your Lean knowledge into skill -- without the
added pressure of on-the-job expectations. In this workshop, you'll be joined by others with the same experience level, and together you'll use basic
Lean tools to solve a neutral business issue.
This 3-day workshop leverages a compressed timeframe to give you a taste of what actually occurs before, during and after a Lean Kaizen Event. You'll discover how to choose
and motivate team members, and how to manage team activity during the event. In addition, you'll learn how to maximize and document financial results,
ensuring greater ROI for your organization.
You'll also learn about BMGI's SCORE™ methodology, a highly-successful approach to planning, executing and evaluating Kaizen events. You'll find out what the key steps are for each phase of SCORE
(Select, Clarify, Organize, Run and Evaluate).
